I'm not going to look at twitter for a while. My depression is rearing it's ugly head again & I don't want to become seriously ill again (I spent a year in Hospital a decade ago & have been battling it ever since), especially as, this year I started to get better.

I think the state of the country, the war in Ukraine, some of the devastation that climate change has wrought & other things have all impacted me more than I realised. I need to get back to meditating and some peace. I was and am so angry about some of them & it's laying me low.

Will be back when things, or I, improve :)
