Our results suggest #HealthcareProfessionals think #pharmacogenomic tests have utility to avoid adverse reactions & optimise dosage BUT are in limited use across sites & specialties. Barriers for physicians & pharmacists are similar & echo findings internationally. #SVCRS2021 4/5
