The Frailty team start their focus week with a information morning where teams from the trust are sharing knowledge and networking. Please come and join the teams in the Taylor room until 1200. Palliative care, Carers, Parkinson’s, Hospital@Home, Sepsis, Continence and Dementia

The medicine team were out and about this week trialling the new hand hygiene audit as part of the divisions 15 steps programme. Great way to support good infection control processes.
