The NHS pay structure is set up in a way that does not reward registered or unregistered nurses. We need a nursing career path and pay structure that keeps nurses close to patients to prevent them having to go into managerial roles #nhscrisis

I support all my colleagues today who are taking strike action #NursesStrike. This isn't about nurses dictating more money its about a profession on its knees, an NHS that is barely functioning Rishi Sunak our nurses deserve better but most importantly our people deserve better.

Totally agree.... never filled in beyond the first few weeks. Put away in a "safe place" never to be seen again!
