Been to see Chris Mccausland standup show today. Slightly more sweary than would be allowed on Strictly! But, if you can handle that, definitely worth seeing. Probably the best comedy gig I've been to.

A walk along the Mersey (sort of). The riverbank has been clobbered in various places by the floods at new year. So you're not supposed to walk along it in case it collapses further but, of course, some people still do!

A walk round Gogerddan wood near Aberystwyth, then a trip to the Dyfi osprey centre. Thoroughly good way to spend a sunny day!

Elon Musk and Donald Trump have fallen out, big time. What a shock. They both seem so modest and likeable.

Knaresborough bed race. Racing "beds" through narrow streets for charity, and they all got very hot and sweaty doing it! Good bonkers fun to watch, though.

A day late after our flight got cancelled, but we've arrived in Montreal. At an airport that has (complete with fake hydrant) an indoor area for dogs to pee!

Had a great time in Montreal. Next stop Quebec City. Love Canada!

We were in Ottawa on Canada Day. Very busy! Bit quieter today, but another great place on this great holiday. Love Canada!

The adventure ended with a few days in Toronto, plus Niagara falls. Now back home and jetlagged but happy! Thanks Canada; you've been great.
