I once corrected someone (of whom I wasn’t particularly fond) who pluralised ‘Locum’ to ‘Loca’ - as if you are going to show off, it should be ‘Locum Tenentes’….

So, the electronic patient record warns me off #prescribing Paracetamol for someone who has a documented reaction to Co-Dydramol…..As said reaction was constipation, Ladies and Gentlemen, I took the risk……😵‍💫

As a H@N team we’ve worked together irrespective of whether we are medical or nursing staff. We haven’t worried about job titles or practised a hierarchy (in either direction), we’ve simply done what needed doing for pts. And people ask why I prefer nights 🤔🤔
