Just published some ideas how to save Council of Europe:

Unconditional return of#Russia's Delegation to #PACE . The big Western capitals choose 'dialogue' over values of human rights, democracy and rule of law. Its a blow to Council of Europe authority. The cost of Western naivete may be too high:

Efforts to indulge Russia and return to business as usual are damaging the Council of Europe. Wrong message to all potential wrongdoers across Europe. CoE was created to stand for values & principles, not to kneel in front of those who violate them.
