frank arko Only out a couple of years, but after putting together everything I heard at VAM, I still will reserve TCAR for high risk patients. CEA is my go to for young, low-risk patients.

It’s hyperbole to win a debate about open VS endo repair, but all aortic patients have a lifelong disease that needs management and proper followup.
