IF (and that’s a big if) Louisville could land a PGA Major twice a decade, mixed in with several LPGA events and a few minor PGA events, it would be a massive get for this city.

I don’t understand the NIMBYism here. It’s replacing tennis courts and a former WAREHOUSE (now a concrete slab) with tennis courts. The rest is space only used for overflow zoo parking. Yes there is too much parking in the rendering, but this feels like TopGolf all over again
