Robinson told the Houston Chronicle it was her deputy, Tina Rivera, who brought DEMA on, and she wasn't very involved, though she brought the company to Texas after taking over Houston's health department. That's not how Rivera recalls DEMA's origins: pressdemocrat.com/article/news/d…
