Fault finding on the garden lights today. Reading started 0.00 then 0.09 then up to 0.89 so probably buried joint box. What’s those clamps I’ve seen in pillars before that wrap around the armouring. Not enough room to get glands on and want to leave it better than I found. 🤣

Yesterday’s EICR there were a few non-compliances. Smoke alarms will be out of date next year. Does the Aico Ei1529RC Mains Powered Hard Wired Alarm Remote Control Switch 230V
Has a replace by date. Does anyone else change these?

I dropped the Pat tester today. 🤦‍♂️ going to need some new leads. Is there a strap for the Apollo 600 when testing fixed appliances. It’s definitely loss earner. 🤣

So I’ve been called in by another sparks to help on a EICR. I’ve just met a forensic investigator looking at the situation where some appliances have blown up. That has got to be the coolest job title ever.🤣

On this day in 1915, more than 70,000 allied troops landed at Gallipoli.

20,000 of them were Australian and New Zealander soldiers.

As we mark #AnzacDay , we show gratitude for their sacrifice and the role they played in the First World War.

We will remember them.
