Non-promotional activities often assigned to women. Non-birthing parents often receive much higher evaluations on return to the workplace, despite similar performance to the birthing parent.

After hours component of return to work often very unsupported. Periods of unplanned overtime is also problematic.
Good lists often given away whilst away on maternity leave and this all contributes to gender inequity.
