Learnt yesterday that strokes have had to be downgraded to priority 2 for ambulance teams because there just aren’t enough teams going to emergencies. If you suspect someone is having a stroke then find another way to get them to A&E as quick as possible, don’t wait for an ambo.

Process this fact. There was more outrage over the beheading of Israeli babies which did not happen - which was entirely invented - then there has been over thousands of Palestinian babies, toddlers and kids being slaughtered by Israel. Including the babies beheaded in Rafah.
