Sophie Newsom dominated in the circle Friday night with 11 strikeouts in the Cardinals 13-3 win over Bexley. Aly Taylor and Riley O'Neill each had two hits to power the offense.

Ever have one of those days that just screams 'get outside and whack a ball with a stick'? That's right, folks, we're taking this softball show on the road to Groveport for a doubleheader today. First pitch at 10 am, because who needs sleep when there are dingers to be crushed?

The TWHS Cardinals fell just a bit short tonight, falling 6-4. Aly Taylor and Kaelynn Lloyd led TWHS with two hits each. In the pitching circle, Katie Niven delivered a stellar performance, striking out 5 batters and allowing only one earned run over the course of the entire game

Game 1: Sophie Newsom struck out 13 & only allowed one hit in a 14-0 win over Whetstone.

Game 2: Katie Niven picked up the win. Newsom, Aly Taylor, and Dali Sanchez each had two hits, while Taylor and Niven each added two RBIs
