Amityville Memorial High School's Class of 2025 enjoyed an incredible commencement ceremony this morning! We wish them all the best as they embark on their new journey!

Second graders at Northwest concluded the school year with a unit on the life cycle of baby chicks! Students learned about their life cycles by incubating the eggs in the classrooms. Northwest received the chicks from a local farm and watched them develop and hatch over time.

The district's free Summer Feeding Program is still open! Breakfast and lunch will be available until Aug. 15.

Students in grades 7-9 can sign up for a free trip to see the musical, "Grease."

The district welcomed all staff members back to the start of the 2025-26 school year with their annual Superintendent’s Conference Day! Superintendent of Schools Dr. Gina Talbert addressed the staff with this year's theme, "Recommit, Reconnect, and Reimagine."
