I have gone into Liverpool One City Centre, one of the most diverse cities in the UK. But what a grim view today. Not even one hijabi Muslim I have seen so far. By mid-day international students from the Gulf gather. Not one. What a privilege to be white on a random Wednesday.

Liverpool showed up against hatred. Against Racism. Against Islamophobia. For love. Refugees & migrants are welcome! ( Ewan James Roberts is closed for the week & 100s depend on the building every week. Sending so much love to all staff, users & volunteers) #liverpool #RiotsinUK
