We mapped & retraced the ambulance’s route, through military checkpoints to Wegel Tena’s main hospital, to understand where the vehicle might have been hit. According to this route, the ambulance would have been in the southern outskirts of the town. 5/13

HRW used sat imagery to track the presence of Ethiopian military forces armed drones across airbases in Ethiopia. We could not confirm if these drones conducted the attack. It has been widely reported that Ethiopia possesses armed drones made in Iran, China & Türkiye. 12/13
