This week, #SavingLivesAtSea takes us from RNLI Penlee Lifeboat to Kinghorn Lifeboat, with LymeRegis Lifeboat, Hoylake RNLI Lifeboat Station and St Davids RNLI in between. Tune in Thursday at 8pm on BBC Two for more drama, emotion and incredible rescues, including a rescue from a burning fishing vessel.

Tonight our All Weather Lifeboat Launched on exercise for a coxswains pass out for trainee coxswain Jeff Foster who we can happily say has passed out and become a coxswain of our Shannon Class Lifeboat Elizabeth and Leonard. Huge congratulations Jeff and well done from all of us
