So Frontier Airlines promised me they’d make sure I got a response in 24 hrs regarding my complaint, this is after months of waiting and multiple inquiries and SURPRISE! I got nothing! Don’t ever let Frontier Airlines handle your stroller if you ever hope it to be replaced if damaged 😖

42 hrs later and Frontier Airlines has done nothing to actually respond to my complaints other than making promises they don’t keep. I will continue to post on all my social media informing others, this is after months of waiting after filing in person and online complains #Frontier
