FNC has been suffering from the same problem since the iteration with Razork came into existence: zero capacity to play games out of the enemy doesn’t make grand solo queue-esque mistakes they can identify. They need to see the enemy screw up to recollect their own game plan.

Not stupid: It’s clear that Inspired needs a setup in which he dominates and perhaps even domineers — it’s not universally applicable and will lead to impositions that will create even unsolvable tensions. He does put a half-life on teams and shortens their lifespans.

Rewatching LR games makes it quite obvious that neither Velja nor Baus necessarily think 30 seconds/to even minutes ahead. Drafting against them seems relatively easy: put jungle/top on a timer, and let them lose games solo as they’ll over force on bad timers

Most important realization of my “young 30s”: I’m special, but I’m not that special. Essentially in the tune of Bill Nighy’s character in About Time: “We’re all quite similar in the end. We all get old and tell the same tales too many times.”

Camus was “absurdly” intelligent. Reading the Stranger and then getting into the Myth of Sisyphus and the Rebel is a completely different ballgame—there was no forewarning as to how well read, how well organized, and how well articulated he was if one just read the former.

If FNC was serious about improving, they would clean house. Fire the GM, the coaching staff, top, support, jungle. Keep mid and adc.

Honestly, awesome response. Also great that she gets to speak not just through the paradigm or lens of an athlete, but with the respect of being acknowledged as a full-fledged individual with a multitude of high level ideas and interests beyond the sport (League could use this)
