Sheraz Al Angrezi Mumtaz Qadri was wrong for not following the law and was punished. He should have through the legal route, Allamah defended him and did celebrate it but I haven't come across any material in which he encouraged Mumtaz or anyone to commit the murder. So, any sources for those?

Sheraz Al Angrezi @KamranK71219915 Blasphemy is a crime. Pakistani law has specific punishments for blasphemy. If someone steals and then apologizes, does that mean they aren't guilty? Or they can't be prosecuted? He wanted the legal punishment to be applied. Is wishing for a criminal to get the punishment wrong?-
