So Nintendo actually patched something on the switch 2 japanese version of the wind waker. They made the gossip stone cutscene in FF1 identical to the international version to make it harder to skip (still possible tho). So far any other jpn only glitch still works.

This is actually quite sensible, this can be done accidently by casual players and it softlocks their savefiles, so fixing it is actually quite nice of them. They didn't go out of their way to patch the speedrun stuffs.

(1/2) Some updates on TWW ACE: ACE is fully confirmed for TAS. We have viable pictures for both emu and console. We have position setups, and can make position setups w/o too much issue if we change the setup. We have a couple variations on a payload to warp to the credits.

(2/2) The current issue is finding a RTA-viable setup. We currently need perfect inputs with controllers 2-4. The payload needs 8 consecutives controllable bytes, so we either need to find a different memory spot or decrease this requirement with a smarter payload.
