Dayton City Commission voted to repeal the city-wide mask mandate, citing the county moving past the peak of delta variant cases. Masks will still be required in city buildings.

Dean Gillispie of Fairborn was officially declared to be wrongfully imprisoned by the State of Ohio today. "Hopefully today will take you into the next chapter that has been your life the past 30 years," Judge Susan D. Solle said during the hearing.
