Just added another node to the ALLEY #stakepool. It is in a datacenter with more redundancy and resilience than I currently have for power/internet. This will be a private relay for now, and after testing this week the block producing node will be migrated to it. #SPO #Cardano

ALLEY is growing! In the past month, we've grown from just 55K delegation to over 2M! However, it takes time for that to all become active. Stick with me and in a couple of epochs we should start producing blocks (and rewards!) in every epoch. #cardano #stakepool

The ALLEY stake pool has multiple slots assigned for producing blocks in Cardano epoch 478. PoolTool shows the correct active stake of 2.2M, but CExplorer shows only 339K, which is affecting the "expected blocks" calculation - the correct calculation is 2.1 expected blocks.

After testing, retesting, and being confident with the process, I was still a little nervous about my migrated block producing node. Watched it create its first block last night and it was smooth as silk. #cardano #SPO

I totally get that some people make a long-term investment and don't look at it for a while. But this still seems like a lot. Some of these pools just retired recently, some over 2 years ago and still have delegation. Perhaps some portion is lost keys/wallets/etc. Still ...

My testnet pool has been down for a while. Node version 8.9.x makes some changes to the network stack, so I have rebuilt it on node v8.9.1 and am currently testing. Looking at early May to upgrade the production pool. #cardano #SPO

Six production and preview nodes upgraded from 10.5.1 to 10.5.3. Have not done the production relays yet, but they are on 10.2.x. They were scheduled for upgrading this epoch, but may wait one or two more for the dust to settle.
