Exactly 29 years ago was my first day on my feet. A glorious defeat to a litigant in person in Chelmsford County Court Whilst I’ve improved (marginally)…adjourned trials due to lack of counsel is now a daily reality. How did the CJS go so far backwards in the last few years?
