The United States sent over $100 million in military to Azerbaijan in just under a year. Today Azerbaijan is using that aid to launch an attack against Armenian civilians.

Every dollar that President Biden sends to Baku (as military aid) frees up another to buy the artillery shells that #Azerbaijan is firing into #Armenian towns and villages.

Azerbaijan has reportedly shelled the homes of innocent civilians in Artsakh and is now attacking Armenia’s border. An egregious violation of the ceasefire and direct attack on Armenia’s sovereignty. The U.S. must halt all assistance to Azerbaijan - immediately and permanently.

Outraged by reports of heavy & coordinated Azeri artillery strikes on peaceful Armenian towns. To be clear: these are internationally recognized Armenian towns, NOT disputed territory. It's unconscionable that the US continues to provide Aliyev w/ military aid.

As you read this, Azerbaijan is undertaking an illegal war of aggression against Armenia. This is not in Artsakh or in so-called "disputed territory," but within Armenia's sovereign borders. The international community must move immediately to hold Azerbaijan to account.
