Our yr 7 & 8 students are taking part in a BOOKflix reading challenge in term 2!! Aimed at upping Ss engagement & getting them reading different genres. How cool is display that our amazing librarians set up! The book even have bookmarks that tell Ss what kind of read it is.

Today I heard the term"Comparison is the thief of joy." Which is attributed to Theodore Roosevelt & others. A good reminder that comparing ourselves to others can lead to feelings of inferiority or superiority, neither promote positive emotional well-being.

Hey 👋 Sonos… I have one of your sound bars and also 2 x 100 speakers 🔊 that I used as surround (behind) sound. but…. in my new house there’s no space for them behind couch… can they be set up on either side of sound bars (so by TV) and still give surround sound feeling?
