We have enjoyed a lovely first day back at school and have shared this special prayer from the Church of England. What a delight to welcome back familiar faces and how exciting to welcome new families into our school family. We also think of those moving on to High School.

We are looking forward to tomorrow's opportunities for parental engagement! 'Meet the Teacher' Sessions 3.30pm-5pm for children in Years 1 to 6 and EYFS (Reception & Little Saints Nursery) will have an open door classroom session until 4.15pm. These are 'drop in' sessions.

Marvellous Maths! Year 2 are enjoying representing numbers in different ways using their maths toolkit boxes with a variety of manipulatives as part of their Place Value learning.

Education Sunday 2024 What a privilege it was to have the service at school this morning as we celebrated the theme from CTE of Education in our Community . Over 90 people attended from all generations truly making it a special occasion in our parish of All Saints.

Celebration Worship 13.09.24 What an amazing 🤩 afternoon we have enjoyed as we held our first celebration worship of the new school year! Our children truly live out our school mission statement!

The Year 2 children had a wonderful visit to the West Lancashire Light Railway yesterday. The visit supported their history learning on significant people and places in their local area. A huge thank you goes out to the volunteers at the Railway for making us feel so welcome! 🙂

Well done Hesketh-with-Becconsall All Saints football team. 🙌 Great sportsmanship and all round team effort in Stage 1 of the TASA Football Tournament. ⚽️ We go again in 2 weeks!

Thank you West Lancashire Sport Partnership for providing Level 2 Bikeability Training for Year 5 this week. They had a fantastic time learning how to be safe whilst out and about on the roads. Great learning for life! Bikeability
