Budget 24: Rachel Reeves says weekly earnings limit for Carer's Allowance will be increased - allowing #carers to earn up to ÂŁ10,000 a year without losing the allowance. Says will also look at the cliff edge which means people lose all the allowance when pass earnings limit.
