Very pleased to have presented this session at the PiXL primary conference this morning at Central Hall, Westminster. It’s clearly a common issue, having spoken to so many participants afterwards.

Came across this example of a circular sheepfold whilst on a walk in the the Lake District. Apparently the circle is useful in heavy snow in the fells because the sheep keep moving around the circle to keep warm as they don’t get stuck in a corner. #circles #maths
