Plusnet I have messaged via the Plusnet account. Please can someone access that and reply to me. We have zero broadband access despite paying for it. This is the worst it has ever been as the access has been poor for quite sometime but never nonexistent like this.
Plusnet Been without broadband since Friday morning. Customer service has consistently lied saying it would resolved but it hasn't. I have an autistic son who relies on it to communicate with friends
