Periodic reminder that the Child Maintenance Service (CMS) has absolutely nothing to do with providing financial support for your children and that they provide no positive outcomes for children whatsoever

One of my biggest issues with the CMS is where their ‘calculation’ breaks the law and claims liability at more than the 40% net they can legally claim, they bypass the law by claiming that shortfall as ‘arrears’ . . . It’s illegal, they must be forced to stop this!!

Money acquired via inheritance must immediately be made exempt from the CMS’s ‘capital’ calculation of liability! It’s an utter disgrace! Just reinforces the fact that the CMS has nothing to do with financial support for the children! Those children are/will be grieving as well!

Periodic reminder: all because you are not in active court proceedings does not mean that you have ‘given up’! If your door remains open and you continue to try to be the best version of yourself for your child(ren) then have not ‘given up’! Best!

Safe passage to all the fellow alienated Fathers who won’t see or hear from their child(ren) today . . . Keep going, there is hope that this could change one day! It can sometimes happen! Best!

Children living in fear of the reprisals from their own ‘parent’ for even mentioning the name of the other . . . Horrific!
