The worst ever service provider. VFS Global, @vfsglobalcare. All I want is my passport back and there has been no response, despite several emails and messages on social media. I wish they understand that some people genuinely have a medical emergency to travel. At least respond.

Completely disappointed with americanair. Maintenance issue led to missed international flights, and their staff offered zero help, guidance, or empathy. No updates. No solutions. Just indifference. This is not how you treat passengers stranded by your failure. #TravelFail
