The older I get the more I've come to believe in momentum. Momentum solves so many doubts, worries and fears.

My emotions are never a true reflection of reality. My instinct is far closer to the truth. I am still learning to tell the difference.

The real flex is going to a cafe by yourself and reading a book without looking at your phone.

The truth: you can create the life you want. The lie: you must settle for what life throws you.

How to love yourself: • Challenge yourself often • Stop eating processed shite • Move your body daily for 30 mins+ • Quit bad habits one by one • Find the love you have for others • Stop focusing on your insecurities.

Taking nothing personally is the highest leverage activity on the planet.

This is a mantra that improved a LOT for me: When things aren't working, find what HAS worked, even the tiniest seed, and triple down on that.

I've been writing online for over 15 years. I'm not always in the mood to write. But when I start writing, that feeling usually fades.

When I want to be more motivated to do things, I do more of those things. It's that simple.

A question that changed my life whenever I faced a challenge: "How can I use this?"

Don't worry about success. Worry about doing the things that matter every day. That is already success.

I've learned the game is won in those small, quiet moments no one notices.
