The struggle is real. It's like the "Scope - Date - Quality" struggle for product releases.

I always love the difference between a feature purpose and its real usage. At Stonly, except for engineers, most people use the Slack "code" formatting to highlight text somehow (most of the time they could have used the "quote" but it does not stand out the same way)

When you are in a 100+ people Whatsapp group and one person sends "Happy new year everybody".

Typical example of how a new feature decreases user satisfaction. Atlassian Confluence now has different emojis and not just "like" for a page... But the email does not tell you which one, and you now have to open the page to check (compared to "someone likes your page").
