What an atrocious pass by Jalen Smith. It was way too late and then he throws a rocket at Tyrese’s legs and the Cavs score on the turnover.

Just an awful decision there by Tyrese…Pacers cut it to 6…can’t capitalize, turn it over and then foul on the other end. They’re fighting though!

Awful defensive half from the Pacers. They surrender 70 points to Cleveland…44 of them in the paint.

Cleveland came out playing much stronger and with more force.

Jarrett Allen and Donovan Mitchell are doing whatever they want, whenever they want.

Joel Embiid landed awkwardly after making a basket and immediately grabbed at his left knee. Embiid stayed in the game until the next timeout and then exited the game and immediately left for the locker room.

He has 21-9-7 in 17 first half minutes.

All bench lineup isn’t cutting it tonight, Rick. Why McDermott is seeing the floor in a “must win” game is head scratching.

Feels like the Pacers are playing a bit nervous tonight. A lot on the line for seeding purposes…need to stay poised and fight through the slow start. They’ve proven they can do that several times this season.

The Pacers are 22-17 since Pascal Siakam’s debut. They were 24-17 in the first 41 games without him.

Indiana has a chance to match their record from the first half of the season if they defeat Cleveland and Atlanta.
