Day 8 Breeze kicked in and we are broad reaching at over 10kts. Expecting wind to keep increasing today then start to ease down again.All ok

Day 9. It's like a bank holiday in the Solent - pouring down with rain! We had 40kt squalls last night and Guy fell out of bed.

Day 10. Sun is out today but still a few squalls around. Watching on radar and weather routing @predictwind keeping us safe.

Day 11 Lee and Jake been practicing Astro-nav with the sextant. Meanwhile calm seas and light winds mean we are motoring again

Day 11 Another fish yesterday. Mahi Mahi this time. Breeze picked up and sailing upwind now to Canaries for fuel.

Day 13 660 miles W of Canaries. Watching the fuel carefully. Pushing Upwind in 15kts hoping for a lift.

Day 14 2 weeks done and 530 miles to go. Regards sea state, we have 18kts wind and about 2m waves. Some slamming but generally ok.

Day 14 Beating in to 25kt trade winds is not much fun. Lots of slamming and water over the deck. One way to enjoy Bank Holiday

Day 15 Still slogging upwind. 330 miles to Las Palmas for fuel. All good onboard, just need a few hours respite from the slamming.

Day 16 A few ships around and El Hierro 40 miles away. Wind eased to 18 but still upwind. ETA Las Palmas tomorrow morning

Day 17 Running low on fuel so old school sailing. Tacking towards Gran Canaria. Tracker updating every 2hrs. Hard work!

Day 2 from Preveza and we haven't had more than 5kts wind. Blocked fuel line last night. Now drifting waiting for the wind

Busy night last night. Unexpected 35kts, so 2 reefs and 1/2 Genoa, still doing over 7kts upwind. All ok onboard :-)

Finally leaving Italian waters, escorted by dolphins. Next stop Tunisia probably early Thursday. Time for some maintenance!

Finally arrived in Bizerte, Tunisia. Big empty marina. Very hot. Waiting to clear customs then off to explore

Just passing island aka Galite off Tunisia. Wild barren piece of rock. Now off to Majorca 289 miles away

Hopefully final gybe as we head to the east coast of Majorca to rest and sort the boat before heading on to Gibraltar
