Disaster Recover Center hours are now 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

With forecasters predicting heavy rains across San Diego County this weekend, the County and CAL FIRE offer free sand and bags to people in unincorporated communities.

Please call ahead to double-check availability and bring a shovel to fill your bags.
