Milli the ermine will soon be changing colors to her summer coat. The ermine is a weasel with a seasonal coat change from white to a brownish color in summer with a white belly. One thing stays - the black tip of the tail. Visit Milli this spring! Current daily hours are 10-5.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kunali, the zoo’s remaining Amur tiger. He passed away peacefully in his sleep due to complications of old age. He was 19 years old and would have turned 20 in June of this year. Full statement - alaskazoo.org
