On January 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM, Alameda County Fire Department’s (ACFD) Station 21, along with with the State Park Police Department responded to a motorcycle accident at Carnegie Motorcycle Park in Tracy. A 9-year-old boy sustained injuries and was airlifted to a hospital.

🔥2025 Recruit Academy Highlight! 🔥 The Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD) 2025 Recruit Academy is taking team building across the bay. Last month, 35 recruits started their journey, learning what it takes to be an ACFD Firefighter.

The NBA and the Golden State Warriors honored Bay Area firefighters who were deployed to battle the devastating Southern California wildfires during the NBA All-Star Game, which was held on February 16, 2025, at Chase. Members of Alameda County Fire Department were honored.

🚒On February 23, 2025, at 3:23 AM, the Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD), responded to a house fire on Clinton Avenue in San Lorenzo. A total of 21 firefighters were on the scene, bringing the fire under control within one hour. Four people were displaced. #Sumodog/ACFD

At 1:55 PM on February 23, 2025, the Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD) responded to a tragic collision involving a motorcycle and a train at Springlake Dr. & Hesperian Blvd. in San Leandro. Sadly, the motorcyclist did not survive. Another person was injured. #ALCOFIRE

On February 24, 2025, at 6:25 pm, ACFD was called to a one-alarm structure fire in the 22000 block of Meekland Avenue in unincorporated Hayward. When firefighters arrived, smoke and flames were coming from the building. 4 adults 3 children were displaced.
