I was brave today. I used what I learnt from Florence Nightingale Foundation Jane Dwelly Tom Salinsky & on the team away day I told my 'Impact Story'. It was difficult and I felt vulnerable but based on the feedback I recieved I think it worked. #storytelling #LeadershipMatters
