Set boundaries to maintain your sobriety during the festive season. Don't feel obligated to attend every event or occasion that may tempt you to indulge.

April is #AlcoholAwarenessMonth It’s not always the easiest topic to talk about but it gets clearer why we need to. I’m back home and available for speaking gigs. Need someone to share some hope about the struggle or just get real about the effects of alcohol? Let’s talk! ✊🏾

While awareness around substance abuse and addiction is growing, many still struggle to engage in open and honest conversations around alcohol due to stigma, fear, and a lack of accessible information. The gospel of sobriety requires more evangelists. #AlcoholAwarenessMonth

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), out of every 100,000 deaths in Uganda among those aged 15+ years, 3,900 are attributable to road traffic injuries. Drunk driving is 100% preventable yet it still shatters many lives everyday. DO NOT DRINK & DRIVE! #AlcoholAwarenessMonth
