Dan Cunningham Cardinal Cush Wolverine Studios Dude highly recommend running a career mode you can do a coach carrousel you can take jobs they offer you at the beginning and work your way up taking knee jobs including taking assistant jobs. I was lead recruiter at Nebraska then got the UNO job and have moved up from there.

Idea:
Make an option within the difficulty that rewards small prestige boosts if we coach in game and not simulate. I think it would motivate us to work harder for prestige as well as naturally allow us to form emotional bonds with our recruits!
