According to Allison, partners need to facilitate the desired behavior by making it 'easy, attractive, social, and timely.' The training on social and behavior change programming focuses on incorporating agency, social norms, and gender considerations.

Allison’s expertise in behavioral science enriched participants from the Global South in behavior change programming, from the ongoing USAID supported pilot course on social and behavior change under the Agency for All Project.
