My biggest anxiety is around actually getting my ideas and plans done, when it’s time for action my mind and body both feel crippled and I begin to experience a lot of procrastination and anxiety. Speaking on it should hopefully be a start on getting over this draining cycle.

I spent the last couple of years dealing with a downward spiral of anxiety and depression. What felt like the darkest time birthed my new baby, Holme. I hope Holme could be for you what I didn’t have. Follow HOLME 💜 and join me and my great team on this journey .
