Access to sanitary products is crucial for maintaining good menstrual health in 🇸🇸

SSCMHM chair encourage mhm actors, educators, or healthcare professionals who specialize in menstrual health to provide insights & guidance on how actors can get involved in the movement. This can help actors better understand the issues at hand and how they can make a difference

Menstrual hygiene advocacy involves raising awareness on the importance of proper menstrual hygiene practices, addressing taboos & stigmas surrounding menstruation, promoting access to affordable & sustainable menstrual hygiene products, & advocating for policies that support MHM

Youth participation in policy making is crucial for creating policies that are inclusive, responsive, and effective.

By actively engaging in advocacy & online platforms, youths can make a positive impact on policy making and contribute to a more just & equitable society in 🇸🇸
