The majority of houses constructed in Abiriba, Abia state, are built by skilled workers from Togo & Benin Republic. These two countries possess significant vocational depth in the construction of houses. We don't have vocational depth in Nigeria coz everyone is trying to survive.

I've spoken several times on the need to improve the quality of our manual labour. People need to be trained to develop this vocation depth. It's not good that people want to build something of high quality & they outsource labour because of the poor quality of what's local.
