26 years ago today I joined East Sussex Ambulance Service. (Then Sussex now South East Coast) WOW 😲😱🚑🚑

Watching the football and wonderful to see Glenn hoddle is commentating. Only a couple of months ago he effectively died. CPR and defibrillation saved his life. All due to the real heroes and Thanks to Techniques developed by people like prof chamberlain (who worked BSUH NHS.)

Thanks for entertaining and informing us all last night Rob Galloway. Great to see that South East Coast Ambulance clinicians from across East Sussex Operational area attended and gained valuable knowledge.⚽️🏃‍♂️🚑

For the first time in 13 years I am not directly involved in #BrightonPride. I was proud to lead on planning &/or being a commander for many years for South East Coast Ambulance #pride. My focus is now elsewhere. Hope all goes well in the “village” of Brighton today. Keep safe and enjoy!🌈🌈

I’d like to thank the nursing team East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust at EGDHospital admissions unit who looked after me pre and post procedure earlier this week. Great care and treatment - thanks. Even Mrs D was impressed!!!

On duty today at Remembrance Day service in Brighton. Not Secamb duty this time but playing Trombone in the band. I had one 👁 on Louise Dixon wreath laid by Mr Mitchell & the other 👁 on a handbag I was looking after @CFOESFRS Probably should have been looking at the music!!🤣😳
