#1 arxiv.org/pdf/2403.09603 Popular model training services lack user trust due to possible 😈 intent, but 3rd-party auditing suffers w/ GPU nondeterminism. Simran Arora, Dan Boneh, and I control this to build a robust verification scheme 🙂

I have finally found a legitimate usage of ChatGPT in an academic context.

Excited to share Mangrove, our new transparent SNARK with linear proving time, low memory complexity, and constant-sized CRS!
For 2^24 (2^32) constraints, we estimate our prover takes 2m (8hr) with 400 (800) MB of memory on a laptop. ia.cr/2024/416
