If you are in a spoon deficit after Christmas, try having extra salt, sugar, water & high dose vitamin C (about 600% rda) for three days.

In so much pain 😢 It's 5am & I've clamped my jaw shut to stop me screaming in pain & waking the rest of the house. Really hate this illness!

That my pain levels are 8+ & I have to worry about the noise I make in coping with it, is a bit ridiculous. #chronicillness #chronicpain
